Reservation Policy

For the reservation an advance payment of 25% of the total sum or your credit card is required (We do not debit your credit card but check her validity before the arrival. If the bank answers negatively in the validity of your card, your reservation is cancelled automatically without other notice - the card is debited to you only in the cases: delayed cancellation, not appearance, sudden departure or damage in the hotel at your stay)

The confirmation of availability from part of hotel for some date is not reservation, in order for your reservation to be considered valid and final should it is accompanied by advance payment, the deadline of which is given by the person in charge of reservations.

The advance payment of 25% is made via:

Cancelation Policy

• In the event that passes the deadline without it has been given advance payment the reservation is probably cancelled.
• In the event that you cancel your reservation 3 days before the date of arrival, it does not exist no debit and it is returned to you the advance payment - debiting you the any expenses that will exist for the return of money (expenses of bank, postal dues or any other result).
• Reservations that will be cancelled between 0 and 3 days from the date of arrival, are debited with an overnight stay
• In the event of early departure the customer is debited the 50% of the total of the rest of your stay. (article 3 v.1652/30-10-1986)
• The additional stay until 18:00 is charged with the 50% of daily rate while the stay after 18:00 is charged with the complete overnight stay.
